Section 14 in The West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education Act, 1994.
14. Conduct of meetings. -
The President or, in his absence, one of the members of the Board elected from amongst those present shall preside at the meetings of the Board, and the President or such member shall be entitled to vote on any matter and shall have a second or casting vote in every case or equality of votes.
