We have heard learned counsel for the parties. The issues raised in the present writ petition are covered by the judgment of this Court in LPA No.2096 of 2011 titled as Haryana Urban Development Authority and others Vs. Sandeep and others, decided on 25.04.2012. Civil Writ Petition No. 8136 of 2006 (O&M) 2
In view of the said fact, the present writ petition is disposed of in the same terms as in Sandeep's case (supra).
