16. Power of Veterinary Officer to enter premises.
- Under Section 10-A of the Act, the Veterinary Officer shall observe the following procedure, namely :(a)No entry or inspection shall be made between sunset and the following sunrise.(b)At least eight hours' notice of such entry shall be issued by order in Form G and duly served on the owner or occupant of the premises.
