Section 19(1) in Uttarakhand Fire and Emergency Service, Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2016
(1)The Deputy Director Technical shall in the event of non-compliant of any notice issued under Section 17, take such steps as may be necessary for the compliance of such notice.
