Section 25(3) in The Tamil Nadu Building and Construction Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1984
(3)the person holding an inquiry under this section shall make a report to the Government stating the cause of the accident and adding any observations which he or any of the assessors may think fit to make.
