Section 110(4) in The U.P. Municipalities Act, 1916
(4)Any difference of opinion arising in the course of any proceeding under the foregoing provisions of this section, between two or more local authorities shall be decided by reference to the [State Government] [Substituted by ALO 1950.] under Section 325.
