Section 44(1) in Rajasthan State Highways Act, 2014
(1)With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf, there shall be constituted for the purposes of this Act an Authority to be called the Rajasthan State Highways Authority.
