Section 63(1) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(1)Extraordinary leave may be granted to an officer or employee when no other leave is due to him and when having regard to his length of service, sick leave is not considered justified by the Competent Authority.
