Section 109(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)The Vice Chairman on receipt of the notice of completion, along with all the required documents, shall take a decision to either issue or refuse occupancy certificate in Form-XIII within thirty days from the date of receipt of such notice. This fact shall be published in the public notice in the manner referred to in Regulation 14.
