Section 1 in Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity Supply Code and Other Conditions of Supply) Regulations, 2005
1. Short Title.
- 1.1. These Regulations may be called the "Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity Supply Code and Other Conditions of Supply) Regulations, 2005".1.2These Regulations extend to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.1.3These Regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
