Section 51 in The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Mizoram) Act, 2006
51. Repeal and Savings.
(1)The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Mizoram) Ordinance, 2005 (No. 1 of 2005) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done, or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed, shall be deemed to have been so done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
