Section 22(2) in The M.P. Adjustment and Liquidation of Industrial Workers' Debt Act, 1936
(2)After a petitioner is discharged under sub-section (1), no sum shall be recoverable in any Court in respect of any debt then owned by him, with the exception of the adjusted debts and simple interest on such debts at a rate not exceeding six per cent per annum from the date of discharge.
