Hon'ble Shri Ajay Kumar Tripathi, Chief Justice Hon'ble Shri Parth Prateem Sahu, Judge Order on Board Per Ajay Kumar Tripathi, Chief Justice 13/09/2018

1. Learned counsel for the Appellant fairly submits that these two appeals can be disposed off with an observation that if something favourable in terms of an order emerges from the Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal 2 (C) No. 18745 of 2014, then they may have a case or reason to revert to this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection.

3. Accordingly, both the appeals stand disposed off in terms of the above observation.
