2. Repeal.

- The following enactments are hereby repealed, namely -

(a)The Public Demands Recovery Act, 1895 (Ben. Act I of 1895), and

(b)The Bengal Public Demands Recovery (Amendment) Act, 1897 (Ben. Act I of 1897).
