171. Placing and maintenance of aqueducts, etc. over, under or across any immovable property.
- The Corporation may place and maintain aqueducts, conduits and lines of mains or pipes or drains over, under or across any immovable property within or without the local limit of the Corporation and may enter any property for such purpose:Provided that the Corporation shall not acquire any right other than the right of user in the property over, under or across which any aqueducts, conduits, lines of mains, pipes or drains are placed.
