Section 17(1) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Rules, 1965
(1)Every person at the time of applying for membership and on being admitted to the membership of a Society shall furnish to the Society such information in regard to his/her or its disqualifications, if any, as the case may be, under Sub-Section (1) of Section 16-A and thereafter upon incurring any such disqualification in such form and in such manner as may be laid down by the Committee subject to the provisions of the Act, Rules and the Bye-Laws.
