Section 27(2) in The Orissa Self-Help Co-operatives Act, 2001
(2)Any reference to the words "general body" in this Act except Subsection (1) and this sub-section shall apply to the representative general body where it exists :Provided that the representative general body shall not alter any provision in the articles of association or take any decision relating to such subjects as the general body may have explicitly retained for itself.
