325. [ Latrines to afford privacy. [Substituted by Act 14 of 1999, w.e.f. 24-3-1999.]
- All latrine shall be so constructed as to afford privacy to its user and to screen the filth from the view of persons passing by or residing in the neighbourhood and shall be kept clean and in proper order.]
