Section 10(1) in Rajasthan Enterprises Single Window Enabling and Clearance Act, 2011
(1)On receipt of an application for permissions, the Competent Authority shall have powers to obtain additional information, if required, from the applicant:Provided that the additional information under this section shall be requisitioned only once and requisition letter shall be sent through the Nodal Agency.
