2. MA 957/2013 filed under Rule 4(5)(a) of CAT (Procedure) Rules, 1987 for joining is allowed.
2. It is the grievance of the applicants that they have appeared in the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2012, and after clearing the Part-I and Part-II Examinations, they have also participated in the interview, and though the respondents declared the results of the Examination on 08.02.2013, but kept the results of the applicants under withheld list. The respondents again have declared the results of 18 candidates out of the withheld candidates, but the results of the applicants were neither declared nor reasons for keeping them as withheld has been disclosed despite repeated representations.
2. In the circumstances and in the interest of justice, the OA is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents No.2 and 3 to declare the results of the applicants within four weeks from today or in the alternative, to intimate the reasons for keeping their names as withheld candidates. No order as to costs.
Issue copies of this order today itself.
