48. Arraignment of accused .-(1) After the members of the Court and other persons are sworn or affirmed as above-mentioned, the accused shall be arraigned on the charges against him.
(2)The charges upon which the accused is arraigned shall be read and, if necessary, translated to him, and he shall be required to plead separately to each charge.
