Section 5 in Non-Resident Indians' (Keralites) Commission Act, 2015
5. Staff of the Commission.
(1)The Government shall provide the Commission with such officers and other employees as may be required for the proper functioning of the Commission;(2)The salaries and allowances payable to and other terms and conditions of service of the Officers and other employees shall be such as may be prescribed.
