Section 286(1) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(1)On the death of a members the amount of contribution standing in heirs credit shall be given to the nominee. In the absence of a nominee the amount shall be paid to his legal heirs in equal share.
