Section 22(1) in The West Bengal Right to Public Services Rules, 2013
(1)The Chief Commissioner shall have powers of general superintendence and direction in the conduct of the affairs of the Commission. The Chief Commissioner shall preside over the meetings of the Commission as well as exercise and discharge the powers and functions of the Commission, as entrusted.
