Section 26(2) in Chhattisgarh Right of Youth to Skill Development Act, 2013
(2)Unless otherwise specified by notification by the State Government, the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Store Purchase Rules, 2002, as amended from time to time, or any law made by the State Legislature for the time being in force in this regard, shall apply, mutatis mutandis, on the State Authority or the District Authority, as the case may be.
