Section 9(2) in The M.P. Preparation and Revision of Market Value Guideline Rules, 2000
(2)The cases which are covered under sub-rule (1), the committee constituted under sub-rule (1) of Rule 4 shall take up the revision of Market Value Guideline within the time limit stipulated by the Inspector General of Registration and Stamp.
