Section 23(2) in Puducherry Hindu Religious Institutions Act, 1972
(2)It shall be the duty of every Board and all officers and servants working under it or any agent or person in charge of the administration of the institution to afford all such assistance's and facilities as may be necessary or reasonable in regard to any inspection made in pursuance of sub-section (1) and also to produce for inspection any movable property or document referred to in sub-section (1) and to furnish such information as may be necessary in connection with such inspection, if so required.
