44. Conditions of service.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the appointment, procedure for selection, pay and allowance, and other terms and conditions of service of officers, teachers and other persons employed in the University shall be such as may be prescribed.Explanation. - For the purpose of this section, the word "officers" shall not include the Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellor.
