Section 8 in The Punjab Homeopathic Practitioners Act, 1965
8. Resignation.
- Any member may at any time resign his office by letter addressed to the Chairman and such resignation shall take effect from the date on which it is accepted by the Council :Provided that the Chairman may resign his office by letter addressed to the State Government and his resignation shall take effect from the date on which it is accepted by the State Government.
