18. Register of temporary advance. [Section 209.]
- Whenever any advance is required to be given to any [officer/official] [Substituted for 'Official' vide Haryana Government Notification No. G.S.R. 69/H.A. 11/94/S.209/2000, dated 19.10.2000.] of the Panchayat Samiti or Zila Parishad for carrying out the purposes of the Panchayat Samiti or Zila Parishad, as the case may be, a record of such advances shall be kept in the register of temporary advances in Form IV.
