Section 55(3)(b) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960

(b)On such apportionment such officers, teaches and servants shall be deemed to have been transferred to the University to which they are allotted under clause (a) with effect from the date of commencement of this Act.
