1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Licences for the Possession of Undenatured Spirit, Bhang and other Excisable Articles for Medicinal and Toilet Purposes Rules, 2019.(2)They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette.
