78. Payment by adjustment of account.
- All payment due to be made to any person by the Authority under this Act shall, as far as possible, be made by an adjustment in such persons account with the Authority in respect of the reconstituted plot concerned or of any other plot in which he has an interest and failing such adjustment shall be paid in cash or in such other way as may be agreed upon by the parties.
