We have perused affidavit filed by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies. We are not at all satisfied with the progress made so far.
We direct the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies to list the case every week and take effective steps to recover the amount in question.
The Secretary as also the members of the ex-
managing committee, excluding the petitioner in CWP No. 1595 of 2023, are directed to disclose their assets to the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies in Appendix-E Form ::: Downloaded on - 11/05/2023 20:38:37 :::CIS -2- No. 16A in terms of Order 21 Rule 44 of the CPC, which will .
automatically stand attached as per the relevant provisions of the CPC and H. P. Cooperative Societies Act and Rules.
The Secretary and the six (6) members of the ex-
managing Committee shall appear before the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, on 15.05.2023 at 10:00 a.m. List on 24.05.2023, when the latest status report be filed by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies.
