Section 46(22) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(22)The Conductor shall be vigilant about the commencement of examinations in time. In case, the examination cannot be started at scheduled time due to unforeseen reasons, it shall not be delayed for more than one hour for any session unless permitted by the Secretary of the Board.
