Section 17(1)(i) in The Delhi Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2002

(i)The Lt. Governor may appoint one of its officers not below the rank of Under Secretary to the. Government as Secretary to the Delhi Advisory Committee and appoint such other staff being in the service of that Government, as he may think necessary, to enable such Committee to carry out its functions.
