Section 28(i) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH ANIMAL FEED (REGULATION OF MANUFACTURE, QUALITY CONTROL, SALE AND DISTRIBUTION) ACT, 2020
(i)In any case their samples are taken, such Animal feed or mineral mixture shall not be delivered to the importer or consigner until the referral laboratory has reported upon the sample taken.
