Section 4 in Rajasthan Biological Diversity Rules, 2010
4. Term of Office of the Chairperson.
(1)The Chairperson of the Board shall hold the office for a period of three years and shall be eligible for reappointment:Provided that no Chairperson shall hold office beyond the age of 65 years.(2)The Chairperson may resign from his office by giving at least one month notice in writing to the State Government.
