(iii)in relation to the Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayat or Industrial Township means the Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayat or Industrial Township, as the case may be, constituted under the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Maharashtra XL of 1965); or
