1. Vide this Award, I shall dispose off the statement of claim of the workman under Sub-Section (2) and (3) of Section 2A of the Industrial Disputes (Amendment) Act, 2010 as filed by him directly against the management.
2. The matter has been compromised/settled between the parties for a LID No. 508/2019 Sushil Kumar v/s PWD & Anr. Page 1 of 2 total agreed sum of Rs.60,000/- as full and final settlement towards all claims of the workman in respect of his employment with the managements. In pursuance of settlement management no.2 M/s Dev Engineers had handed over two cheques bearing no. 193950 and 193951 dated 04.10.2023 amounting to Rs. 30,000/- each to the workman which was duly received by the workman towards all his dues/claim. It was submitted that after payment of agreed settlement amount parties have left with no claim against each other. Hence it was prayed that present case may kindly be disposed off as compromised/settled to which the managements have no objection. Separate statement of workman as well as AR for management no.2 recorded in this regard.
3. In view of above settlement arrived at between the parties, present claim stands disposed off as compromised/settled and settlement. Award is hereby passed.
4. A copy of the Award be sent to the Joint/Deputy Labour Commissioner, Labour Department of Distt./Area concerned for publication as per rules and judicial file be consigned to Record Room as per rules.
