Section 43(1) in Tamil Nadu Minor Inams (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Act, 1963
(1)The decision of a Tribunal or the Special Appellate Tribunal in any proceeding under this Act on any matter falling within its jurisdiction shall be binding on the parties thereto and persons claiming under them in any suit or proceeding in a Civil Court, in so far as such matter is in issue between the parties or persons aforesaid in such suit or proceeding.
