Section 101(7) in Sikkim Co-Operative Societies Act, 1978
(7)If any person -(i)after ceasing to be a member under sub-section (2) of section 2] acts as a member; or(ii)exercises the rights of member in contravention of the provisions of section 25 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
