Section 7(2) in West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development Act, 2013
(2)Notwithstanding the expiry of the term specified in sub-section (1), an appointed or nominated member of the Council shall continue to hold office until the vacancy caused by the expiry of the said term has been filled up in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
