Section 37 in The Gujarat Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2013
37. Cognizance of offence.
- Save in the case of cognizable offences, no court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act or the rules made thereunder except on the complaint made by the Regional Fire Officer or the Chief Fire Officer or any other officer authorised by him in this behalf.
