Section 35(d) in The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 1992
(d)The projections (cantilever) of cupboards and shelves shall be permitted and are exempted from covered area calculations in case of residential buildings only. Such projections shall be up to 0.60 mtr. in depth.
