32. Power to amend Schedules I and II.—
(1)The appropriate Government may, on the recommendation of the Trustee Committee, by notification, and having due regard to the availability of the amount in the Fund, amend the rates specified in Schedule I.(2)The Central Government may, as and when considered necessary, by notification, amend Schedule II.
