Section 4(b) in Rajasthan Regulation of Boating Rules 1957
(b)[ The fee for grant and renewal of a certificate of fitness shall be Rs. 100/- in respect of each boat in addition to any amount paid by the owner of a Boat to the Naval Officer as prescribed by the Transport Commissioner].
