Section 9 in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity) Rules, 1969
9. Realisation of subscription.
- The subscription payable by a subscriber shall be recovered by the Executive Officer by means of deduction of amount of such subscription from the emoluments of the subscriber drawn from the salary bills of each month.
