Section 80(2) in The Jammu and Kashmir Electricity Act, 2010
(2)The fund shall be applied for meeting, -(a)the salary, allowances and other remuneration of Chairperson, Members, Officers and other Employees of the Commission;(b)the expenses of the Commission in discharge of its functions under section 71;(c)the expenses on objects and for purposes authorized by the Act.
