ORAL ORDER
(Pronounced by Hon'ble Mr. Manish Garg, Member(J)) In pursuant to the notification, dated 25.01.2024, the matter is taken up for re-hearing.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already applied for VRS from service and seeks permission for withdrawing the OA. He has made an endorsement in the file to this effect.
3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, permission is granted to withdraw the OA.
4. Accordingly the OA is dismissed as withdrawn.
